The Institute of Urban Studies and Capacity Building and the Al-Sadara Foundation for Development and Empowerment signed a memorandum of understanding based on their mutual desire to enhance partnership and scientific, cultural, and research cooperation and to fulfill their educational, social, and developmental missions. The memorandum was signed by the Executive Director of the Institute, Mr. Fahmy Mabrouk bin Mahna, while Mr. Abdullah Salem Bakhrash, the Executive Director of the Al-Sadara Foundation for Development and Empowerment, signed on behalf of the foundation. The signing was witnessed by Dr. Khalid Saleh Abdulman, the President of the Al-Sadara Foundation for Development and Empowerment, and the financial manager, Mr. Ahmed Ali Baqader. This memorandum aims to exchange experiences and establish cooperative relations between the two parties in their areas of activity, as well as to benefit from the training programs and various activities offered by both parties.
