The Minister of Oil and Minerals Dr. Saeed Sulaiman Al Shamasi visited the Al Omran Institute for Studies and Capacity Building in Mukalla, accompanied by Hadramawt Governorate's Undersecretary for Valley and Desert Affairs, Al-Hakam Salem Yaslam bin Sharman. They were welcomed by the Vice President of the Institute Mr.  Omar Abdulaziz bin Aqeel, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Nahd Development Foundation Dr. Adel Talib bin Muhana and the Director General Mr. Ibrahim Jumaan bin Thabet. The Minister was briefed during the visit on studies and research carried out and training programs provided by the Institute and the efforts made in qualifying and developing skills at all educational levels as well as on the job.
